Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Toss to coat and spread the strawberries on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are soft and caramelized. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and a pinch of pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste the whipped feta and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
To serve, spread the whipped feta on a serving platter and top with the roasted strawberries. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
