Brew your coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature. You can also use cold brew coffee for a smoother flavor.
In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and vanilla syrup. Blend until smooth and strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds, if desired.
Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
Pour 1 cup of the cooled coffee into each glass.
Add 1/2 cup of milk to each glass, adjusting the amount based on your creaminess preference.
Drizzle the raspberry mixture over the top of each latte.
Stir gently to combine the flavors, or leave it layered for a beautiful presentation.
Top with whipped cream if desired and garnish with a few whole raspberries.
