Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Fried Meatballs
  1. Soak the hardened bread in water for about 5 minutes. Once softened, squeeze out any excess water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, finely chopped green onions, chopped green garlic, parsley, dill, salt, pepper, and the crumbled bread. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Take portions of the mixture and form them into meatballs, dust each lightly in flour.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high until it reaches 350°F (180°C).
  5. Carefully place the formed meatballs into the hot oil, frying for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oil using a slotted spoon and transfer to a paper towel-lined platter to absorb excess oil.
