  • 2 tablespoons orange juice or lemon juice
  • ¼ cup melted white chocolate or dark chocolate

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
  2. Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter over medium heat until golden brown, then cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together 1 ½ cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and 1 cup light brown sugar until smooth. Add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and orange zest.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then add 1 cup dried cranberries and ½ cup white chocolate chips.
  6. Spread batter into the prepared pan and bake for 18-22 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
  7. For frosting, beat together 8 oz cream cheese, 2 cups confectioners' sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 2 tablespoons orange juice until smooth.
