Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the ends off each dill pickle and hollow them out using an apple corer.
  2. Roll a slice of ham around a mozzarella stick and insert it into each hollowed-out pickle.
  3. Slice stuffed pickles into ¼-inch rounds and lay them on a plate.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each stuffed pickle slice in flour, then eggs, and finally in panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C) in a deep skillet or fryer.
  7. Fry the breaded pickle slices for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove fried pickles and drain on paper towels before serving.
