Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, banana, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  3. Add the crushed ice and blend again until the ice is fully incorporated and the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
