Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces tortilla chips
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream optional
  • 1 jalapeño sliced (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  4. Arrange the seasoned shrimp evenly over the tortilla chips.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the shrimp and chips.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the cheese is melted.
  7. Drizzle the honey over the nachos as soon as they come out of the oven.
  8. Top with diced tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, and any additional toppings like sour cream or jalapeños.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
