Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the cheese is melted.
Drizzle the honey over the nachos as soon as they come out of the oven.
Top with diced tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, and any additional toppings like sour cream or jalapeños.
