Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, parsley, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
In a small bowl, mix together the Marsala wine, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour half of this sauce over the meatloaf, reserving the other half for later.
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, brush the remaining sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
Continue baking until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
