  • to taste Balsamic Glaze Aged balsamic is recommended for better flavor.
  • to taste Fresh Thyme Used as a garnish.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the French baguette into even pieces, about 1/2 inch thick. Brush both sides with melted butter.
  3. Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side until medium-rare.
  5. Mix crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, cream cheese, and chopped chives until creamy.
  6. Assemble the crostini: place seared beef on toasted baguette, and top with cheese mixture.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with thyme. Serve immediately.
