Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Fill a large pot with water, adding a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it into pieces. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add soy sauce, chili oil, brown sugar, and rice vinegar to the beef. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Combine drained spaghetti with the sauce in the skillet. Toss together for about 2 minutes, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Turn off the heat. Drizzle with sesame oil, add green onions and sesame seeds, and toss gently.
  7. Plate and serve while hot, with extra chili oil if desired.
