  • 100 grams Amaretti Biscuits can replace with nut-free biscuits
  • 100 grams Glacé Cherries or candied citrus peel
  • 100 grams Raisins omit or swap with chopped dates
For the Decoration
  • 100 grams White Chocolate or dark chocolate
  • 50 grams Unsalted Butter for buttercream, softened
  • 100 grams Icing Sugar powdered sugar can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Green Food Colouring optional
  • 50 grams Red M&Ms or any red candy

Method
 

Steps
  1. Prepare the Bowl: Line a medium metal bowl with cling film, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. Chop the Ingredients: Finely chop the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and all your mix-ins like biscuits, marshmallows, and cherries.
  3. Melt the Chocolate Mixture: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and golden syrup until bubbling, then add the chopped chocolates and stir until smooth.
  4. Combine the Mixtures: Pour the chocolate mixture over the chopped ingredients in the large bowl and gently fold everything together.
  5. Set the Pudding: Transfer the mixture into the prepared bowl, smoothing the top and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours.
  6. Decorate the Pudding: Once set, melt the white chocolate and pour over the pudding, then decorate with buttercream and M&Ms.
