Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray, and optionally line the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, all-purpose flour, crushed peanuts, and melted butter. Stir until crumbly and well-mixed, then refrigerate.
- In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, milk, eggs, and creamy peanut butter until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Gradually sift in all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Swirl in the strawberry jam gently with a spatula; do not fully blend.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle the chilled streusel over the batter.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick starting at 60 minutes.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 1 hour, then transfer to a wire rack for complete cooling before slicing.

Notes
Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing to achieve beautiful, even slices. Cover loosely with parchment paper midway through baking if needed.
