Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray, and optionally line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, all-purpose flour, crushed peanuts, and melted butter. Stir until crumbly and well-mixed, then refrigerate.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, milk, eggs, and creamy peanut butter until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually sift in all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  5. Swirl in the strawberry jam gently with a spatula; do not fully blend.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle the chilled streusel over the batter.
  7. Bake for 60-75 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick starting at 60 minutes.
  8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 1 hour, then transfer to a wire rack for complete cooling before slicing.
