Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 stick
  • 5-6 pepperoncini peppers whole
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix over the ranch seasoning.
  5. Cut the butter into slices and place them evenly on top of the chicken.
  6. Pour the chicken broth around the chicken in the baking dish.
  7. Scatter the pepperoncini peppers on top of the chicken.
  8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  10. Serve the chicken with the pan juices over rice, mashed potatoes, or on its own.
