Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the ricotta layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired before slicing and serving.
