Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of chia seeds with 2 cups of your chosen liquid. Blend thoroughly using a whisk.

  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. Once thickened, give it a stir to regain creaminess. Add a splash of milk if needed.
  5. Serve in bowls and top with fresh berries, lemon zest, or Greek yogurt.
