In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, ground cardamom, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
Fold in the chopped pistachios, almonds, and raisins.
Divide the mixture evenly into two or four jars or containers with lids.
Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.
Before serving, stir the oats and add additional milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Top with extra nuts or fruits if desired.
