Method
 

Marinating and Cooking
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate steak for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  2. Rinse 1 cup of jasmine rice under cold water. In a saucepan, combine it with 1.5 cups of water and a pinch of salt, then boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to create the spicy cream sauce. Adjust sriracha to taste.
  4. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Sear marinated steak for 3-4 minutes on each side to desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice as the base, topped with sliced steak and drizzled with spicy cream sauce. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and pickled vegetables.
