  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella
  • 4 oz bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup jalapeños optional, fresh or canned
For Topping
  • 1 cup additional shredded cheese
  • 4 oz extra bacon for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stir in half of the shredded cheese and bacon bits.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining shredded cheese and extra bacon.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
