- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Combine chocolate cake mix with water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Swirl the cream cheese mixture into the cake batter and sprinkle chopped Reese’s Cups.
- Add the remaining cake batter over the top of the filling and Reese’s Cups.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
