Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the honey sriracha mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the jasmine rice according to package instructions and steam the broccoli florets until tender.
To assemble the bowls, divide the cooked rice among two bowls. Top each bowl with steamed broccoli, a salmon fillet, sliced avocado, and a sprinkle of green onions and sesame seeds.
Drizzle any remaining honey sriracha sauce over the top for extra flavor.
