  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cotija cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, lime zest, lime juice, and salt. Mix until well blended.

  5. Brush the corn with the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle additional cotija cheese and chopped cilantro over the corn.
