Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, Louisiana hot sauce, garlic paste, and Southern Made Creole seasoning. Stir until well blended, then coat the fresh blue crabs with the mixture, ensuring every crab is covered. Let the crabs marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. While the crabs are marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 350°F (175°C). Grease the grates lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic paste, fresh chopped parsley, and additional Creole seasoning to create a rich basting sauce.
  4. Once the grill is heated, arrange the marinated crabs shell-side down on the grates. Let them cook for about 5 to 7 minutes. Gently turn the crabs over and baste them with the smoky garlic butter sauce.
  5. Cover the grill and continue cooking the crabs for an additional 10 minutes. Remove them from the heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
