Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, place the light whipped cream cheese and let it soften at room temperature.
  3. Heat three tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and red bell pepper, seasoning lightly with salt. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Add chopped garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Incorporate baby spinach leaves into the skillet and stir until wilted, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove skillet from heat and transfer vegetable mixture into the bowl with softened cream cheese. Add green onions, parmesan, and feta cheese. Stir until well combined.
  6. Take each tortilla and place about 1/4 cup of filling at the center. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and arrange seam-side down in greased baking dish.
  7. Spray the tops of the wraps with cooking spray and bake for 15 minutes until golden and heated through.
  8. Once baked, allow to cool slightly before slicing in half. Serve warm and enjoy!
