Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
