Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt until well combined. Sprinkle the instant yeast over the mixture.
  2. Create a well in the center and pour in the warm milk and eggs. Beat the eggs before mixing with the flour.
  3. Transfer the sticky dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Shape into a ball, place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for approximately 1 hour until doubled.
  5. Gently punch down the dough, divide into 16 pieces, and roll each into a ball. Flatten into squares.
  6. Take a cheese stick, place it at the edge of the square, roll tightly, and seal the edges well.
  7. Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F) and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven, brush with melted unsalted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Cool slightly before serving.
