Instructions
  1. Bloom the Gelatin: Sprinkle the gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold milk in a small bowl and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Heat the Cream: In a medium saucepan, gently heat 1 cup of heavy cream over medium-low heat.
  3. Combine Gelatin and Cream: Once the cream is warm, remove it from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
  4. Incorporate Sugar and Rose Water: Mix in 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of rose water while still warm.
  5. Cool Before Pouring: Allow the mixture to cool for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
  6. Chill the Panna Cotta: Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Prepare the Blackberry Compote: Cook 1 cup of blackberries over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  8. Serve Your Dessert: Top each panna cotta with blackberry compote before serving.
