Preparation Steps
- Start by cutting a fresh lime in half and wetting the rim of an Old Fashioned glass with one half. Immerse the wet rim into a plate of dried unsweetened shredded coconut, fully coating it.
- Wash a sprig of fresh rosemary and 5-8 cranberries under cold water, pat dry, and set aside for garnish.
- In a cocktail shaker, mix 1 ounce of lime juice, 1 ounce of cream of coconut, ½ ounce of Cointreau, and 2 ounces of Tequila Blanco with ice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Fill your prepared glass with fresh ice cubes and strain the shaken mixture gently into the glass.
- Drop cranberries on top of the cocktail for garnish, and lightly tap the rosemary sprig to release its fragrance before placing it as a final garnish.

Notes
Shake the cream of coconut well before mixing. Use fresh lime juice for optimal flavor. Best served immediately for freshness.
