Ingredients
  

For the Truffles
  • 150 g Golden Oreo Cookies Can be substituted with plain or gluten-free biscuits.
  • 60 g Vegan/Dairy-Free Cream Cheese Any non-dairy cream cheese will work well.
  • 200 g Dairy-Free White Chocolate Melt it carefully for best results.
For Decorating
  • Black Food Gel For snowman’s eyes and buttons.
  • Orange Food Gel For the snowman’s carrot nose.
  • Strawberry Laces/Candy Pencils Cute little scarves for the snowmen.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  2. Crush the Golden Oreo cookies until they resemble fine crumbs.
  3. Add the vegan cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and mix until combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls: 20g for the body and 7g for the head.
  5. Chill the formed truffles in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  6. Melt the dairy-free white chocolate using a bain-marie.
  7. Dunk each truffle into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
  8. Return the coated truffles to the freezer for 5-10 minutes to set.
  9. Prepare piping bags with black and orange food gel for decoration.
  10. Decorate the snowmen with eyes, buttons, and carrot noses.
  11. Add scarf decorations using strawberry laces or candy pencils.
  12. Serve and enjoy your delightful No-Bake Snowman Truffles!
