Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your silicone muffin tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine golden brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until blended.
  3. Add the eggs and mix until the batter is creamy.
  4. Incorporate food coloring to achieve the festive orange hue.
  5. Gradually add flour and cocoa powder to the wet ingredients. Fold until combined.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are set.
  8. Press one unbaked sugar cookie into the center of each brownie.
  9. Return to oven and bake for an additional 12 minutes.
  10. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes before removing.
