- Scoop ½ tablespoon of dough into each muffin cup and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Press a small spoon into the center of each cookie cup immediately after baking to create indentations.
- In a medium bowl, beat softened butter until creamy, then mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until fluffy.
- Slowly add milk until the desired frosting consistency is achieved, then mix in green food coloring.
- Pipe the green buttercream into each cookie cup and decorate with sprinkles, candy eyeballs, and pretzel sticks.
