Preparation Steps
- Moisten the rim of each glass with lemon juice and dip into sugar to create a sweet border.
- Blend 2 cups of raspberries with 1/4 cup of water until smooth, then strain to make raspberry puree.
- Combine raspberry puree, 1/2 cup lemon juice, and 1/4 cup simple syrup in a pitcher. Stir well.
- Gradually stir in 1 cup vodka, mixing gently.
- Right before serving, pour in 2 cups chilled sparkling water or club soda, and stir gently.
- Fill each glass with ice, pour the lemonade over the ice, and garnish with raspberries and mint.
