Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional, for drizzling

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Place the cucumber slices on a serving platter.
  3. Spoon a generous dollop of the yogurt mixture onto each cucumber slice.
  4. Top each bite with a half cherry tomato for added color and flavor.
  5. If desired, drizzle a little olive oil over the top for extra richness.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat.
