- Bring all your ingredients to room temperature. Warm up the mashed potatoes slightly if cold.
- Combine the mashed potatoes and stuffing in a large mixing bowl. Fold in the shredded turkey and sprinkle black pepper to taste.
- Decide whether to bake or pan-fry. If baking, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), line a baking sheet with parchment, and arrange the balls to bake for 10-12 minutes.
- For pan-frying, roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs, heat butter or oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat, and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
