Cooking Steps
- Begin by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breast on a cutting board and pound it into a uniform thickness of about ½ inch.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes, about 1 to 1.5 inches.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk and sour cream until smooth. Add the cubed chicken and sprinkle in salt to taste.
- Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Combine all-purpose flour, panko breadcrumbs, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in the coating mixture until fully covered.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot or frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry each batch of chicken for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and place it on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes
Ensure you use uniform thickness for the chicken and avoid overcrowding the pan while frying.
