Cooking Steps
  1. Begin by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breast on a cutting board and pound it into a uniform thickness of about ½ inch.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes, about 1 to 1.5 inches.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk and sour cream until smooth. Add the cubed chicken and sprinkle in salt to taste.
  4. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Combine all-purpose flour, panko breadcrumbs, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  6. Dredge each piece of chicken in the coating mixture until fully covered.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a pot or frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Fry each batch of chicken for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove chicken and place it on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
  10. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
