Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing the green and yellow beans thoroughly under cold water. Gently shake off the excess moisture, and set aside on a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Organize three shallow bowls. In the first, add flour; in the second, beat eggs; in the third, mix panko breadcrumbs with Parmesan.
  3. Coat each bean by dipping in flour, rolling in beaten egg, then coating with panko and Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly.
  4. Arrange the coated green beans in the air fryer basket. Set to 380°F and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Remove once golden and crispy. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
