- Coat tofu cubes by dipping in the wet mixture then rolling in the dry mixture.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C) before frying the nuggets.
- Fry coated tofu nuggets in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
