In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
Dip each pickle slice first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Arrange the coated pickle chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
