Dredge each shrimp in the flour, shaking off the excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray or olive oil spray.
Air fry the shrimp for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
