  • 1 cup dill pickle slices about 12-15 slices
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko or regular
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat the pickle slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a shallow bowl, place the flour.
  4. In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. In a third shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Dip each pickle slice first into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  7. Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry the pickles at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
