Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pour the milk and cottage cheese into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth (30-60 seconds).
  2. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour the blended cottage cheese mixture into the saucepan, add parmesan and Italian seasoning, and cook until the cheese melts (3-5 minutes).
  4. Prepare pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions, reserving ½ cup of pasta cooking water.
  5. Combine the drained pasta with the sauce, adding reserved water until desired consistency is reached.
