Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Flake the salmon and mix with mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  4. Layer the salmon mixture over the rice base and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm with roasted seaweed squares.
