  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the rolled oats, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts (if using), and salt to the mixture. Fold everything together until evenly distributed.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion out the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until the bites are firm.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
