Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium jar, combine rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, peanut oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and optional peanut butter. Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until blended.
  2. In a large serving bowl, create a foundation with finely shredded Napa cabbage and chopped iceberg lettuce. Ensure the greens are well mixed and evenly distributed.
  3. Layer the salad by evenly distributing diced cooked chicken, julienned carrots, and drained mandarin oranges on top of the greens.
  4. Sprinkle diced green onions over the salad and add chow mein noodles and crispy wonton strips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
