In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the orzo and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In the same pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and broccoli florets to the pot. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender and bright green.
Stir in the cooked orzo, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
