Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper until well coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the wings are baking, prepare the glaze by combining brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the glaze over the wings and toss until well coated.
Return the glazed wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
