Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the ranch dressing evenly over each flatbread.
Top the ranch dressing with the buffalo chicken mixture, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken layer.
Add the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions.
Slice into pieces and serve warm.
