  • 6 cups Rice Krispies Feel free to use other puffed rice cereals if desired.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Alternatively, milk or dark chocolate can be used based on your taste.
  • 10 pieces Lotus Biscoff Biscuits Any caramelized biscuit works well for that delightful crunch.

  • Microwave-safe Bowl
  • Spatula
  • 20cm (8-inch) square baking tin
  • baking paper
  • Knife

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Your Pan: Begin by lining a deep 20cm (8-inch) square baking tin with baking paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. Melt the Mixture: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine salted butter, Biscoff spread, and marshmallows. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Combine with Rice Krispies: Add the Rice Krispies to the Biscoff mixture and gently fold them in until well coated.
  4. Press into the Tin: Transfer the mixture to the lined tin and press it down firmly and evenly with your hands.
  5. Melt the White Chocolate: In another bowl, melt the white chocolate using 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Drizzle and Spread: Pour the melted white chocolate over the pressed rice krispie mixture and spread evenly.
  7. Add Biscoff Cookies: Top the melted chocolate with whole and broken pieces of Biscoff biscuits, pressing them gently into the chocolate.
  8. Chill to Set: Place the tin in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the treats to set.
  9. Slice and Serve: Once set, remove the treats from the tin using the baking paper overhang and cut into squares.
