Preheat the air fryer to 400°F or the oven to 425°F. If using the oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Set aside.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil over the fillets, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket or on the prepared baking sheet.
Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the air fryer or oven and drizzle the bang bang sauce over the top.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
