Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Add the chicken cubes and toss until evenly coated.
Thread the chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
While the chicken is grilling, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
Once the chicken is done, remove from the grill and serve with the sauce for dipping.
