  • 4 rolls Italian Sub or hoagie rolls, baguettes, ciabatta
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter melted
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Filling
  • 4 ounces Deli-Sliced Salami
  • 4 ounces Deli-Sliced Ham
  • 4 ounces Deli-Sliced Pepperoni
  • 4 ounces Deli-Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 ounces Deli-Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers sliced
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Black Olives
  • 1/4 cup Banana Peppers sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise and arrange cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the cut sides of the rolls with the seasoned butter mixture.
  5. Layer the deli-sliced salami, ham, and pepperoni on the bottom half of each sandwich.
  6. Add mozzarella and provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan, and add roasted red peppers, sliced black olives, banana peppers, and fresh basil leaves.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for a minute, then slice into portions for serving.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.
