- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise and arrange cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the cut sides of the rolls with the seasoned butter mixture.
- Layer the deli-sliced salami, ham, and pepperoni on the bottom half of each sandwich.
- Add mozzarella and provolone cheese on top of the meats.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan, and add roasted red peppers, sliced black olives, banana peppers, and fresh basil leaves.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a minute, then slice into portions for serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
